Start by applying a small section of decoupage glue (Mod Podge) to the can. Separate the plies of the napkin, and gently place the top layer down and continue gluing around the can.
Add a top coat of Mod Podge to the cans after 20-30 minutes. You can add labels to display the cans as craft room storage.
