Combine vinegar with hot water and add a 2-3 drops of food coloring. Let the eggs absorb the dye for as long as desired.

Make sure the eggs are completely dry (1-2 hours) before moving onto the next step.

Fill the eggs 1/2 full with pre-cut confetti. Then seal with a small circle of tissue paper.
