2cupssparkling wine(champagne, prosecco, or non-alcoholic sparkling juice)
4cupsItalian soda(blood orange flavor preferred)
Instructions
Cut the citrus fruit into thin slices and layer them into the bundt cake pan. Sprinkle cranberries evenly between each layer.
Pour 1-2 cups of water into bundt pan to just cover the fruit. Freeze pan overnight.
To defrost the fruit ring, place a plate over the bundt pan, and flip it over.
With the plate still underneath, you can run warm water over the bottom of the bundt pan to loosen the ice. Usually, you’ll hear a “pop” and know the ice has been released onto the plate.
Set the ring inside the punch bowl with the fruit exposed.
Pour 2 cups of prosecco or champagne into the punch bowl. Then add four cups of Italian soda and stir gently.
