Free 2021 Calendar Printable

For the last few years, I’ve wanted to create a printable calendar but never quite got around to it. Based on the popularity of my free printable party planner, I decided to bite the bullet this year!

Today, I’m sharing this custom 16-page planner with my loyal readers.

(Perhaps I was eager to celebrate the end of a tough year!)

I used a feminine floral theme for this 2021 calendar with each month having a slightly different color scheme and artwork. I also just released a 2022 calendar printable if you’re looking to update your planner.

Key Planner Pages

To help you stay organized, this bundle of planner pages (16 to be exact) includes both weekly and monthly views. Best of all, you can print your calendar on any home printer or at a copy store.

  • Year-at-a-glance: Features a full-year view of 2021 by month
  • Monthly calendar: Includes a version with U.S. holidays and a blank version for my international readers
  • Weekly planner: A blank page with areas to fill in tasks by day of the week
  • Notes page: A ruled sheet of paper where you can make notes of tasks as needed

How to Use this Planner

First, I suggest printing off the entire packet and making extra copies of the weekly pages and notes pages.

You’ll want to use the highest-quality print settings to capture the full color of the floral watercolor art. I designed the planner for printing on 8.5 x 11-inch standard letter paper.

In addition, I’ve found that using a pretty binder and fun paper clips helps me get in the mood to stay organized. A set of diva writing pens never hurts either (wink).

Lastly, you may want to purchase dividers to keep the months and weeks separate in your binder.

Note: The calendar comes in PDF format. To view these files, you can download Adobe Acrobat Reader for free here.

    1. Thanks, Paula! I like the paper calendar to see the month ahead, but I do the same with appointments. If I don’t have something dinging at me, I forget! LOL! Thanks for the sweet comment, and Happy New Year!
